BIO
Kristen was born in North Carolina in 1984 and grew up in both urban and rural areas of the south.

After taking a crafts class in college, she found her love for the handmade object. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2006. After graduation she began her career as a graphic designer in Atlanta, GA.

Her work combines digital art and design with the nostalgic soul of handmade crafts. Kristen is both a traveler and a lover of home. She finds inspiration in nature and in life’s stories. Her obsession with reclaiming found objects fuels her creativity as well as her stock of craft supplies!

Kristen married in the Spring of 2008 and relocated to the North West. She owns her own creative services business, providing graphic design, craft and event planning services. She currently enjoys crafting from her in-home studio with the support of her husband and the help of her cat, Santorini and dog, Jazz.
